SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy: We currently ship to addresses within South Africa and select international locations. If you have questions about shipping to your area, please contact us at orders@bombass.life.

Processing Time and Delivery Times: All orders are processed within [1-3 business days]. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods: We offer several delivery options:

•  Standard Door-to-Door Delivery
  Our regular courier service, The Courier Guy, delivers directly to your address within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. This is our default shipping method. If you select PUDO Locker but later decide you’d prefer our default delivery, directly to your address, simply choose “Other Shipping Option” at checkout.
• Affordable PUDO Locker Delivery
  For those outside main hub areas, we recommend PUDO Locker for a more affordable option. You can pick up your order at a nearby PUDO locker of your choice.
• Affordable PUDO Door-to-Door Delivery
  For those outside main hub areas, if you prefer delivery to your door, PUDO also offers a cost-effective door-to-door option.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping option you choose.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and your location. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, which will be specified at checkout.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or if you suspect it has been lost in transit, please contact us at orders@bombass.life within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
